Red Shiso (Japanese or Chinese basil) grown and processed in the Natisone Valleys. Unique production in the Friuli area. Bio certified.
Leaves with a very high concentration of antioxidants. Aroma between lemon balm, anise, hay and plum. Use in the kitchen and for herbal teas.
It grows in an uncontaminated environment close to the Natisone river, in a land surrounded by woods and hedges, far from cities and industrial agglomerations.
