more or less intense straw yellow color, sometimes with greenish to golden reflections. Its smell is characteristic and pleasant. Its taste is dry, velvety with a possible perception of wood. Its minimum total alcoholic strength by volume is 12.00% vol, for the classic type 12.50% vol.
 
It should be served at a temperature of 10-12 ° C.
