Characteristics:

Straw yellow in colour tending towards citrine. It is a delicate, pleasant wine with a characteristic aroma. Dry, warm, full, with a light aromatic background.

Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and then softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decanting. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers. At the end of fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees in stainless steel containers for several months. Bottling then follows.
