Production method: The process involves macerating absinthe and flavouring the alcohol base together with various local botanicals, including rhubarb and elderflower.

Colour: Golden with warm amber reflections.

Sensory profile: The flavour of Pinkovac Knez Spirits is a delicious explosion of herbaceous, predominantly bitter and slightly sweet notes, which blend harmoniously together to create a perfect balance.

Serving suggestion: Enjoy at a temperature of 6° - 8°C, possibly with a little added ice, to best appreciate its structural complexity. 

Served with an orange peel, it creates a perfect bond with the cinnamon part present.
