Waffles with cream and berries

200 g of custard,
50 g of sweetened whipped cream,
150 g of berries,
70 g of sugar,
70 g powdered sugar,
50 g of type 00 flour,
50 g softened butter at room temperature,
1 egg white.
The wafer, an ancient invention, is in fact a "new entry" in the current pastry preparations that also use it as a decorative function. The term indicates, as the dictionary reads, «a paste composed of fine flour that, still liquid, is squeezed between two forms of iron, moderately hot, and becomes like the host of the Mass».
