Harvesting Strictly by hand
Vinification | Refinement The immediate transportation of the grapes to the winery is followed by destemming, maceration and fermentation with daily pumping over. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the Merlot is transferred to 7 hL oak barrels.
Fermentation temperature No higher than 25-28 °C
Evolution 24 months in barrels, then 4 months in stainless steel tanks
Bottling time  July 2024, corking with one-piece natural cork
