This cooked ham is one of the main peculiarities of Dentesano Salumi srl. Processing is carried out with the utmost respect for the raw material. The thighs are trimmed to remove rind or excess fat, they are seasoned with a low syringing and then cooked and smoked.
Prague-style cooked ham on the bone is characterised by its tenderness and unique taste, which only a bone-in thigh can have.
