The treasure of every land is the history of its products
6 Bottles glass 500ml
Bianchera oil is characterised by a medium-intense level of fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness, with predominantly grassy/leafy and artichoke hints and light sensations of fresh almond and tomato, high polyphenol content.
Polyphenols in extra virgin olive oil play an important role both for human health and for the quality and preservation of the product over time.
Furthermore, these substances affect the organoleptic characteristics from which the spicy and bitter taste typical of Belica-Bianchera extra virgin olive oil derives.
