1 - WORKSHOPS
Adult Workshop
An activity dedicated to adult participants, where you will create and decorate your own chocolate Easter egg, including placing a surprise inside.
Your sweet masterpiece will be ready to take home and enjoy!

A workshop designed for young chocolate lovers, where each child will decorate their own chocolate egg, add a special message, and take it home as a keepsake.

2 - SHOW COOKING
Tradition, territory and authentic flavors
The show cooking sessions are organized by De gusto, in collaboration with the chefs of the Unione Cuochi FVG and the students of the hotel management school I.S.I.S. A. Pertini.
An opportunity to discover traditional recipes, cooking techniques and local products, with live demonstrations followed by a final tasting.

Recipe Title
“Yellow polenta gnocchi with seasonal vegetable dice”
A recipe that brings us back to local traditions, where the use of products from the land plays a leading role. A rich and flavorful dish that represents the territory and its unique characteristics, enhancing simple yet authentic ingredients.
The tasting will be accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine:
“Prima Res Chardonnay & Pinot Nero – Vintage, Traditional Method” produced by Sanzin 4PR.

“Boiled beef medallions with wild garlic sauce”
A simple and tasty recipe, perfect for enhancing dishes and ingredients from the previous day. The use of extra virgin olive oil flavored with wild garlic enhances the flavors and highlights the quality and authenticity of local products.
The tasting will be accompanied by a glass of white wine:
“ULTIMO – Vineyard 1946 Friulano DOC Friuli Isonzo Rive Alte 2023 – Mattia Brach Selection” produced by Elisabetta Bracco 1881.
