Master pastry chef Guerrino Tamburin of the F.lli Tamburin pastry shop in Monfalcone, in collaboration with De Gusto, presents "Presnitz", a traditional dessert from Trieste. "Presnitz" is a Friuli-Venezia Giulia T.A.P. (Traditional Agri-food Product)

To attend the show cooking entrance is free with compulsory reservation - No. 30 seats.
