The new management of "La locanda del Ficchio" presents a typical recipe of the area, told and depicted in the very recent volume published by the Cultural Consortium of Monfalcone "Il Gusto dei Saperi tra Carso e Isonzo" (The Taste of Knowledge between Karst and Isonzo) - Tasting follows.

For workshops, show cooking, presentations and live performances, the entrance is free and access to the area is allowed only with possession of the Green Pass and with compulsory reservation - N. 28 seats.
