De gusto 2021 - Fair of the Enogastronomic Crafts of the Territory

De gusto, a container in which exhibitors have the opportunity to present themselves and their products by accompanying visitors through a path that, starting from tradition, runs through the entire production chain up to tasting.

THE PROGRAMME

IN THE THREE DAYS:

Friday, october 15 - from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Saturday, october 16 - from 10:30 to 23:00
Sunday, october 17 - from 10:30 to 23:00

Area exhibition and sale of food products of excellence of the region;

Tasting area where companies and restaurants of the region, will offer their dishes based on traditional products of the region F.V.G., accompanied by fine wines and craft beers;

Exhibition areas with exhibitions:

Area dedicated to workshops, conferences, show cooking and presentations, all with an agri-food theme.
Area dedicated to workshops for children;
Entertainment and show area, with concerts and live performances.
All areas of the event are covered.

"The event of De gusto - Fair of Food and Wine Handicrafts of the Territory will take place, at Piazza della Repubblica, an open space without access gates. Therefore, access to the event is free and free.

To access the individual areas of the event is in force the obligation to possess Green Pass.
In the vicinity of the stands, will be posted special signs on the provisions of the law.
The competent authorities could carry out spot checks on the validity of the green certification.

The workshop area and the entertainment area will be restricted and limited areas.
Therefore, to be able to access it is mandatory to have made the reservation on the platform choosing the desired activity; and it is mandatory to have the Green Pass, the validity of which will be verified at the time of entry.

Workshop for children aged 4 to 12 years, "The seasons on the table", organized by the Cultural Association "Spazio a Colori".
A path divided into 4 activities:
Garden 4 seasons;
Guess the vegetable;
Grape harvest with surprise;
Manual workshop.

Show cooking "The Karst in a dessert: between aesthetics and pastry" by Tanja Tuta of "Il Dolce Carso";

18:00 - 19:00 - Workshop area, show cooking
Presentation of the "Recipe - Traditional country bread" taken from the book "Il gusto dei saperi tra Carso ed Isonzo" (The taste of knowledge between Carso and Isonzo) by the Consorzio Culturale del Monfalconese - Ecomuseo Territori. Presented by Marco and his son Paolo of "Panificio Clemente";

19:00 - 19:45 - Workshop area, show cooking
Workshop "From pomace to grappa", with the help of ANAG, National Association of Grappa and Spirits, we will learn about the production process of grappa and taste some typical products of our region;

19:50 - 22:00 - Entertainment area, conferences
Live concert: "Gone with the Swing - Big Band" a musical show that sweeps you away and takes you back to the 20s and 30s, in a crescendo of soul, swing, jazz.

Workshop "The distillates of Friuli", grappa, brandy, fruit distillates, know all the products, from the stills of distillers in the region. A journey through the types of distillates presented by ANAG, National Association of Grappa and Spirits, concluding with a guided tasting of some local products of excellence.

20:30 - 22:30 - Entertainment Area, conferences
Live concert: "Musique Boutique" musical trio, keyboards, sax and voice. A repertoire of famous songs revisited in a swing version, boosa, smooth jazz, smooth funk and electroswing;

Monfalcone is an industrial city in transformation towards a commercial and service city, above all thanks to the presence of the port.
