The historic Panificio Clemente, will present pumpkin bread, a seasonal bread from the peasant tradition, as well as many other ancient breads that the bakery has continued to make since 1873. The history of Panificio Clemente - an activity that boasts four generations of bakers - and the commitment to preserving traditional flavors, will be told by owner Maurizio and his son Paolo.

The history and the recipe "The bread of the peasant tradition" can also be found in the book "Il gusto dei saperi tra Carso e Isonzo" (The taste of knowledge between Carso and Isonzo) by the author Stefano Cosma and published by the Consorzio Culturale del Monfalconese - Ecomuseo Territori.

For workshops, show cooking, presentations and live performances, the entrance is free and access to the area is allowed only with possession of the Green Pass and with compulsory reservation - N. 28 seats.
