ALC DI BON the sustainable energy bar

Presentation by Master Pastry Chef Piero Zerbin of the Mosaico-Mocambo artisan pastry shop, of the "ALC DI BON" project, which was born from the commitment of several Friulian companies with the desire to preserve genuine and authentic flavors and the conviction of wanting to create together, a 100% natural food. Final tasting will follow.

The result is an energy bar made with six ingredients belonging to a consciously transparent supply chain.

The synergy between the producers of spirulina algae, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, lime and aronia honey and the laboratory that skilfully creates the delicious Nicaraguan chocolate wrapping is the first tangible result of this project.

The bar was presented on April 22, 2021, on World Earth Day, the international event for environmental sustainability and the safeguarding of our planet, a date chosen precisely for its symbolic value.

ALC DI BON is a product that is good to eat, good for health and good for the environment.

ALC DI BON has obtained the product brand IO SONO FVG thanks to its traceable and transparent supply chain. In addition, thanks to the QR Code on the package you can find out where the raw materials used for the production of the bar come from.

ALC DI BON, whose values are in line with the idea of acting with a view to sustainability and ecology to safeguard the environment, solidly supports the Giant Trees Foundation onlus.

The Foundation has as its primary objective the knowledge of the great trees through their correct identification, their study and their protection, because our life depends on our relationship with the trees. With its expeditions and cultural initiatives in various parts of the world focuses attention on the interconnections between the life of man and tree, to enhance them and consequently improve the coexistence between trees and humans.

The project has been awarded with the Oscar Green Friuli Venezia Giulia 2021 by Coldiretti for the section Fare Rete.

For workshops, show cooking, presentations and live performances, the entrance is free and access to the area is allowed only with possession of the Green Pass and with compulsory reservation - N. 28 seats.
