Red beer - Barley beer

It is the result of a higher roasting of barley and a low fermentation, Red Beer (also called 'Vienna' or 'Ambrata' if less roasting) is characterized by its orange-brown color, a slightly higher alcohol content and a delicate taste. Depending on the scale used to define the color of the beer, the European Beer Color, red or amber beers include shades of color ranging from 26 to 35.
