Passera coi ovi

Fresh fish, marketed alive, with a flat body, oval shape, covered with small scales and with both eyes on the right side. It has a pointed muzzle with a small mouth, with prominent jaws and a single dorsal fin that starts at the upper eye, and an anal fin and a straight spatula-shaped tail fin. Whitish colour on the blind side, brownish-greenish and sometimes sprinkled with darker specks on the opposite side.
