Description

They are large flour and potato dumplings, and are distinguished by the use of specific ingredients, including native herbs, horsehair leaves, wild spinach, raisins and dried fruit for at least a quarter of the final weight after cooking. Melted butter and smoked ricotta cheese, with which they are seasoned after cooking, complete their taste.
