Ingredients

250 g of type 00 flour,

150 g of sugar,

1 whole egg and 1 yolk,

70 g of softened butter,

1 glass of milk,

500 g of mixed apples,

the grated peel of 1 lemon,

1 sachet of baking powder,

1 pinch of salt,

4 tablespoons peach (or apricot or plum) jam.

Introduction

The over one hundred varieties of apples classified in Carnia, and visible in large part in the field-catalog of Enemonzo, represent an important regional heritage and able to compete with the most famous apples of Trentino. Particularly appreciated and in phase of revaluation the rust quality with the skin from the characteristic color.
