Ingredients
200 gr. "00" flour;
60 gr. cocoa,
200 gr. granulated sugar,
1/2 sachet of baking powder,
150 ml milk,
2 eggs,
60 gr. butter,
200 gr. chocolate granules.
Introduction
The muffin is a cake similar to the plumcake and is baked in classic molds that give it a round shape with a domed top. Muffins can be made in a variety of flavors, with fruit, with cinnamon, with cottage cheese or even savory but, the most famous version of muffins is the one with chocolate.
