Curabiè

Difficulty: Easy Doses: for 4 people
Ingredients

300 g sifted 00 flour,

1 teaspoon baking powder,

200 g butter at room temperature,

100 g of sugar,

100 g peeled and chopped almonds,

1 tablespoon of cognac,

1 pinch of salt,

powdered sugar for the final garnish.

Introduction

Almond sweets of Greek origin (but with the name that comes from the Turkish) shaped like a crescent, curabiè are similar to sweet chifeleti vanilla. A typical example of how cultural and gastronomic influences intertwine and intersect, so even a small dessert, now from Trieste, in all respects can remind you of a past rich in history.
