Fondant with white chocolate
500 ml of fresh cream,
200 g white chocolate with hazelnuts,
250 g of sugar,
4 yolks of egg,
1 sachet of vanillin,
200 g mixed berries,
4 waffles,
powdered sugar.
The scientific name of the chocolate is Teobroma, which in Greek means "food of the Gods". It was already known by the Aztecs who extracted a liquid from the fruit to make it an invigorating and aphrodisiac potion called xocolaltl, a term that in Spanish became chocolate: it is due to the Spanish, moreover, the diffusion of this "nectar of the Gods".
