Strawberry spumone and cranberry sauce

Difficulty: Medium Doses: for 4 people

250 g of milk,

250 g whipping cream,

3 egg yolks,

75 g of sugar,

100 g of fresh strawberries,

100 g of blueberries,

2 sheets of fish glue,

the peel of 1 lemon,

juice of a half lemon.


All the berries, more and more appreciated also thanks to the parties dedicated to them, are used in pastry both as bases and as toppings of solid desserts or spoon. The spumoni are always a welcome recipe, thanks to the structure of the compound whipped foam light and soft, in ideal combination with blueberries.
