Prawns with truffles

Difficulty: Easy Doses: for 4 people

20 tails of fresh or frozen shrimp,

500 g puntarelle (the crunchy heart of the chard),

50 g fine white truffle from Muzzana del Turgnano,

extra virgin olive oil,

a few cloves of garlic,

salt and pepper.


The truffle, an underground fungus that lives spontaneously in symbiosis with the roots of some trees (in particular oak, Turkey oak, poplar, hazel tree), is probably the most sought after wild food in the world. It is appreciated for its organoleptic properties, for its aromatic and fruity aroma, for its intense taste.
