24 gr of brewer's yeast,

1/2 glass of marsala,

Focaccia friulana is traditionally an Easter cake, which is prepared and tasted with friends and relatives during holidays. Although it is called focaccia, it has nothing to do with the savory focaccias of other Italian regions.
