Gnocchi with butter cream

Difficulty: Hard Doses: for 4 people

For the gnocchi:

½ kg of potatoes,

3 of egg yolks,

90 g of type 00 flour,

20 g of semolina,

1 tablespoon of salt

1 box of trout eggs.


For the butter sauce:

2 tablespoons vegetable broth,

300 g of butter,

50 g of shallot,

25 g of flour type 00.
