Fillets of sea bass with nettles

Difficulty: Easy Doses: for 4 people
Ingredients

4 sea bass fillets weighing approximately 400 g each,

500 g nettle leaves (better tips),

½ glass of dry white wine,

½ glass of cooking cream,

50 g of butter,

1 onion,

salt.

Introduction
