Hake butter and lemon

900 g fillet of hake in slices,

1 lemon,

50 g of butter,

2 cloves of garlic,

1 sprig of chopped parsley,

pepper.

Introduction

Hake, or home-grown cod, is a fish much appreciated for its rich protein and low fat content. It has a single central plug that makes it easy to clean and therefore suitable for children.
