Hake butter and lemon
900 g fillet of hake in slices,
50 g of butter,
2 cloves of garlic,
1 sprig of chopped parsley,
Hake, or home-grown cod, is a fish much appreciated for its rich protein and low fat content. It has a single central plug that makes it easy to clean and therefore suitable for children. Thanks to the abundant offer, it is also a cheap fish. The recipe, in its simplicity, makes it even more palatable.
