Gourmet sandwiches

300 g of "Manitoba" flour

300 g of durum wheat semolina (also wholemeal)

300 ml of milk

2 eggs

100 g of butter or (sunflower oil)

30 g of brown sugar

15 g of salt

10 g of brewer's yeast

Extra virgin olive oil.


The gourmet sandwich is a bread to be used for delicious recipes to offer for lunch or dinner with friends. Gourmet sandwiches are fluffy rolls that can be garnished as you like, kids love them.
