Stuffed potatoes

4 large elongated potatoes,

60 g of dried mushrooms,

100 g of mozzarella,

150 g of mortadella,

100 g of minced meat,

180 g of butter,

80 g grated Parmesan cheese,

150 ml of cooking cream,





The recipe is also proposed as a main course. There is a tasty variant carnic "stuffed" potatoes: with a dough similar to that of potatoes gnocchi large balls are formed as tennis balls, emptied inside. Apart some crumbled sausages are browned and filled with "cartufulas" to be browned in butter.
