Wellness vinegar derived from fermentation of pure Aronia juice. Raw, natural, unfiltered, unpasteurised, no added sulphites, with pieces of natural mother, source of functional elements. Matured in barrels for 12 months.

Product suitable for all types of consumers. Particularly suitable for raw or cooked vegetable side dishes, salads, meat, boiled meat, fish, eggs, fruit, pinzimonio and light dishes, due to its moderate acidity of 5%.

Apple cider vinegar

It is obtained from apples harvested manually from scattered plants of ancient varieties with indigenous, tasty and flavourful characters.

Osiet

Amber-yellow dressing, derived from the acetification of wines obtained from indigenous white grape varieties, including Friulano and Ribolla, aged in barrels usually made of oak.
