De gusto – Catering Reception for the Inauguration of North Light Srl's New Headquarters
To celebrate the inauguration of rFactory, nlcomp©'s first manufacturing facility dedicated to the production of sustainable composite materials, De gusto was proud to mark this important milestone with a gastronomic experience designed to showcase the finest food and wine traditions of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Each tasting proposal was created with the aim of highlighting the excellence of our region through carefully selected ingredients and the work of local producers who combine quality, tradition, and innovation every day to create outstanding products.
Guests enjoyed traditional Trieste-style creamed cod, Prague ham and goat cheese mousse, Montasio cheese served with local honey and artisanal fruit preserves, and a selection of fresh seasonal fruit.
The experience was complemented by a selection of wines exclusively from Friuli Venezia Giulia, featuring labels from Villa Russiz, I Feudi di Romans, Vini Ruj, Azienda Agricola 4PR Sanzin, and Vini Brojli, each expressing the richness and distinctive character of the region's renowned wine-growing areas.
The ingredients used for the menu were sourced from outstanding regional producers:

- Dentesano Salumificio – Percotto
- Formaggi Tosoni – Spilimbergo
- Lycia Apicoltura – Bicinicco
- Valentino Macoritto – Azzano Decimo
