"Family day" corporate event in which De gusto was responsible for setting up the facilities and providing food and beverage services, offering tastings based on regional products.
For the occasion, De Gusto offered "Zattere" stuffed with local products and "Barcolana Rice", a rice dish already offered at the Barcolana 56, which was very successful. The dishes were all accompanied by excellent regional wines and craft beer.
