Description

It is similar to ravioli (or agnolotti or gnocchi) stuffed with ricotta, herbs and other ingredients (spinach, raisins, grated cheese, eggs), often tending towards a sweet taste, cooked in boiling water and seasoned with melted butter, smoked ricotta and cinnamon.
