Frico with onion

As an alternative to onion, a touch of sweetness. The ancient recipe by Mastro Martino says: “Take some fat caso (cheese, from the Latin caseum), neither too old nor too salty, and cut it into square slices or bites (…) and put sugar and cinnamon on top of it; and immediately send it to the table, you want to have it very hot”.
