Pumpkin gnocchi in frico basket

1 pumpkin weighing about 1kg, 

50g of grated bread, 

150g of 00 flour, 

25g of grated Parmesan cheese, 




2 eggs, 

200g of smoked ricotta

150g of butter. 

For the frico baskets: 

200g of grated aged Montasio cheese.
