Risotto with asparagus and nettles

Ingredients

400 g of rice,

200 g of green asparagus,

100 g of nettles,

1 onion,

4 tablespoons vegetable broth,

150 g of butter,

100 g grated aged Montasio,

salt,

pepper.

Introduction
