'Gradese' mullet

5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

2 lemons, 


3 tablespoons of chopped parsley. 



How to turn a simple recipe into a tasty, traditional local dish: the “gradese” (Grado style) mullets are, in their preparation, very similar to many other seafood dishes that were cooked on a grill with a simple condiment based on oil, garlic and parsley, to leave unaltered - and indeed enhance - the taste of freshly caught fish.
