Ingredients

½ Kg. of Mullet (300 gr. Net),

½ kg. of Sea Bream (350 gr. Net),

1 kg. Pedocio de Trieste (Mussels) (320 gr. Net),

1 kg. Clams (250 gr. Net),

1 kg. Fasolari (300 gr. Net),

2 Mòro figs,

8 Cherry Tomatoes,

2 Cloves of Resia garlic,

20 Parsley leaves,

Salicornia in jars to taste,

Thyme and rosemary to taste,

20 cl. Ribolla gialla white wine,

Eastern hills oil,

(Total net weight per person 370 gr.).

Wine cream:

20 cl. Pinot grigio white wine ,

15 cl. Fresh cream.
