200 g of potatoes,
200 g of bread,
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
4 slices of bread,
The cabbage is a vegetable that belongs to the family of the Crocifere; it is characterized by the ruffled leaves of dark green color (while those of the "cousin" cabbage are gathered in ball). Before cooking them in a pan or in a minestrone, both the hard ribs and the core should be removed, with an unpleasant taste.
