P.A.T. Product Slow food product
Description

Medium height plant characterised by thin leaves, with evident reddish veins, mainly white on the inside and light green on the outside, well compact when picked. In autumn, the outer leaves tend to dry out, leaving the cabbage clean. The size of the head is between 20 and 30 centimetres in diameter, and the main feature that differentiates it from other species is its flattened shape, while the weight is around 1.5-2 kilograms. The seeds are spherical and brown in colour, with a diameter of 1.5-2mm and the production cycle, between transplanting and harvesting, takes from 100 to 120 days. The taste on the palate is slightly spicy with a crunchy consistency.
