700 g white cabbage,

100 g of bacon stretched in a single slice,

4 tablespoons of oil,

the juice of 1 lemon,




Cabbages, like all Crucifers, are rich in phosphorus, calcium and vitamin C, they also contain antioxidants, beta-carotene, chlorophyll and vitamin E, ideal for combating the aging of cells. The recipe offers an enriched version of those, more usual but equally tasty, with beans and plenty of kümmel.
