Sausages in wine

Difficulty: Easy Doses: For 4 people

8 pork sausages

3 bay leaves, 

2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

2 glasses of red wine. 


Sausages are usually made with the meat of the ribs and lard: the meat is minced at least twice, and cinnamon, pepper, coriander, nutmeg, white wine are added and stuffed into the intestine of the same pig. Old documents contain numerous recipes for the seasoning to be placed inside the sausage
