Braised duck with apples

Difficulty: Medium Doses: for 4 people

1 duck already cleaned,

500 g of apples,

4 shallots,

1 clove of garlic,

1 sprig of rosemary,

some leaves of sage,

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,

1 glass of dry white wine,

50 g of butter,

Rustic animal of modest pretensions, it grew nourishing of what it found without adding to costs for the owners. Its meats, tasty and tasty, were mostly preserved in "ont" (fat) or smoked.
