Bungled hare

Ingredients

500 g boneless hare meat,

80 g of butter,

70 g of type 00 flour,

30 g of Parmesan cheese,

½ glass of milk,

5 eggs,

½ onion,

30 g of raw ham,

1 teaspoon of vegetable broth.

Introduction

The hare, with long ears with black spot on the tip, is a shy and solitary animal. Fast in the race (it runs with scraps and long jumps), it is perhaps one of the most coveted preys of the hunters with their hounds. It spends the day mostly sheltered among the vegetation, while it becomes active at dusk and at night.
