180 g of radicchio,

3 sausages,

1 onion,

½ glass of dry white wine,

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,

1 teaspoon vegetable broth,

110 g of butter,

1 clove of garlic,

1 sprig of rosemary,

300 g of early potatoes,

2 eggs,

salt,

pepper.

Introduction

Originally the filling in this recipe was intended to transform a usual dish into a rich or festive one. Today it allows you to prepare a dish whose protein content is balanced by the low intake that comes from chicken breast and to transform and flavor a dish that would risk to remain anonymous.
