Ingredients

1 chicken weighing 1,5 kg cut into pieces (thighs, breast, wings),

2 cloves of garlic in a shirt (with the skin),

1 onion,

marjoram,

2 tablespoons of vinegar,

2 tablespoons of white wine,

30 g of butter,

4 ripe tomatoes,

salt.

Introduction

Among the many recipes that can be made with chicken this is probably the simplest and most common and brings to mind the kitchens of the past. Choosing a good extra virgin olive oil (such as Bianchera del Carso from Trieste) is a "plus" that helps to give an extra touch to the final result.
