300 g of veal pulp,

300 g of pork pulp,

200 g of calf’s liver,

200 g of pig’s liver,

200 g sliced lard,

1 glass of olive oil,

3 glasses of dry white wine,

30 leaves of sage,




A dish not to be confused with the most famous "useleti scampai" to which it also resembles the intention of its first maker. The tasty skewers are a nice way to prepare a simple dish with a mix of tastes each time new: in this case veal, pork, liver, lard, sage. Ideal for cooking on the grill.
