Typical Carnic dish, more specifically from Val Pesarina. Tegoline, or green beans, with a low caloric intake, are legumes, but from a nutritional standpoint they must be considered as vegetables: in fact, the harvest takes place when the bean is not yet ripe. Of the Phaseolus vulgare both the beans and the pod that contains them are eaten.
