De gusto was commissioned by Tripmare S.p.A. for the preparation and catering of the inauguration of the new Captain Cat and Med Rigel tugboats.
The construction of the tensile structures and interior design was handled by MAST Icc SB srl, while the Food & Beverage service, featuring a selection of typical agri-food products from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, was provided by De gusto.
De Gusto has collaborated with the I.S.I.S. Pertini Hospitality Institute of Grado and Monfalcone and with the Unione Cuochi.
The event was attended by nearly 200 guests.
