Description

Tabor derives from the milk of cows fed with fodder in the Karst area. It is a cheese that has a smooth and fairly regular rind, straw-coloured, a delicate aroma and a cylindrical shape, with an average diameter of 27-30cm. It is 7cm thick and has small but widespread inner holes.
